Terms and Conditions for Harts Timber Sheds
1. General
• These terms and conditions apply to all sales of Wooden sheds by Harts Timber Sheds (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”).
• By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Orders
• All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• Any quotation given by us is valid for 30 days only, unless otherwise stated.
3. Price and Payment
• The price of the shed is as stated on our website or in our quotation.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due in full upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by cash, check, or bank transfer
• We strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
• Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter

4. Delivery
• We will deliver the shed to the address specified by you.
• Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for any delay in delivery.
• You are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access for delivery.
5. Installation
• Installation is not included in the price of the shed, unless otherwise stated.
• If installation is included, we will install the shed to a suitable base provided by you.
6. Risk and Ownership
• Risk of damage to or loss of the shed passes to you upon delivery.
• Ownership of the shed does not pass to you until we have received payment in full.
7. Warranty
• We warrant that the shed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
8. Liability
• Our liability to you for any breach of these terms and conditions is limited to the price of the shed.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
